An article discussing Helen Rappaport's position with the school district. It also mentions that she has several law suits going and that she has not show up for her new position since the winter break (and has shown the district the proper documentation to do so).

I would like to remind any parents who are not comfortable with Ms. Rappaport (or her temporary replacement and main supporter) being their case manager, that they are able to write a letter requesting a new case manager.
